As if the day couldn't get more trippy - you discover a Challenger 2 tank parked outside the Discovery Museum in Newcastle upon Tyne. I hadn't realised how eye wateringly expensive these things are. According to Wikipedia the Challenger 2 has a unit cost of £4,217,000.
